Our group training classes are based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our classes combine strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. We prioritize strength, technique, and mobility. Our coaches work with each athlete to deliver individualized coaching within a group setting. Everyone is on their own journey, and everyone is supported.
You will have a network of people to connect with about your progress and goals. Get lifestyle advice from other class members, push each other, or hang out at the gym after training.
Our coaches are trained, educated and certified to lead group classes. They know how to keep you safe while helping you reach your potential.
