Anthem Kids (Ages 5-11) Building the foundation for a lifetime of strength. At Anthem, we believe the best way to set a child up for success is to make movement their favorite part of the day. Our Anthem Kids program is designed to develop the fundamental motor skills-coordination, agility, balance, and strength-that serve as the “blueprint” for all future sports and physical activities.

Anthem Teens

Anthem Teens (Ages 12-16) Developing the Modern Athlete. The teenage years are the most critical window for developing speed, power, and coordination. Our Anthem Teens program moves beyond basic games and into intentional, coach-led strength and conditioning. We focus on teaching young athletes how to move external loads safely while building the “engine” needed for competitive sports and long-term health.
