Build Your Engine: Why HYROX is the Ultimate Level-Up for Your Anthem Training

Now, we’re officially taking that mission to the next level. As a certified HYROX Affiliate, we are bringing “The World Series of Fitness Racing” directly into our programming. But here’s the secret: you don’t have to be a competitive racer to reap the benefits.

Summer 2026: The Anthem HYROX Camp Series

Before the Fall race season kicks off, we are hosting a three-part Summer Camp series designed to build your engine from the ground up. These aren’t just one-off workouts; each camp builds on the last, culminating in an “Ultimate Test” in August.

  • Camp 1: June 14th | 7:00 AM or 8:30 AM Sessions (click on your preferred time to register)
  • Camp 2: July 12th | 7:00 AM or 8:30 AM Sessions
  • Camp 3: August 9th | The Ultimate Summer Test

These camps are the perfect entry point for beginners and a vital tuning fork for seasoned athletes. Spots are filling fast—claim your spot for the June 14th kick-off today!

The Strategy: How to Add HYROX to Your Routine
If you’re already an Anthem member, you have the strength. Adding HYROX is about building the engine—the functional endurance to stay powerful even when your heart rate is redlined.

To Improve Performance & Endurance: Consider adding one HYROX class a week. It’s the perfect way to bridge the gap between pure strength and cardiovascular health without losing your gains.

To Prep for a Race: Aim for two HYROX classes per week, supplemented with two of our standard strength sessions. This is the “goldilocks zone” for building the power to push the sled and the grit to finish the run.

Elite Training, Tailored to You
Don’t let the “race” aspect intimidate you. Just like every other class at Anthem, our HYROX sessions are fully scalable. Whether we need to adjust the weight on the sled or modify the impact of a movement, our coaches ensure the workout is tailored to your specific needs. We meet you where you are to get you where you want to be.

Because Anthem is an official affiliate, our members get a major head start. HYROX races sell out incredibly fast, but through us, you get early access to tickets before the general public.
