The Anthem Golden Habits Challenge: Start 2026 Strong!

The start of a new year is the perfect time to make real change. In January 2026, we’re not just chasing quick fixes; we’re going to clean up your lifestyle, fix your metabolism, and clear your head by building powerful habits one week at a time.

If you really want to change your life, it has to start with your habits. You become the things that you do consistently. We want you to improve your life by doing the right things automatically—without even thinking about them.

Change is hard, but we’re doing this together. Anthem Strength & Conditioning will support you with expert coaching and a dedicated peer group to make success inevitable.

The Golden Habits Challenge: Stack Your Success

This challenge is all about building momentum. We will introduce a new habit each week, allowing you to master one before adding the next. By the final week, you will be performing all four Golden Habits daily!

None of these habits are easy, but by stacking them, you focus your effort and maximize your chance of success. The support of the Anthem community and your accountability group will keep you going!

Challenge Details & Rewards

The biggest barrier to success will be in your own head. We’ve added structure, accountability, and a great reward to help you win.

  1. The Cost & Commitment: The challenge costs $100 for non-members or $50 for Anthem Members (just reach out for the Anthem Member discoutn Code). REGISTER HERE. This price ensures you get coaching support, but more importantly, it holds you accountable. It’s just enough skin in the game for you to take it seriously. Bet on yourself!
  2. Tracking for Success: You’ll record your success every day on a simple, pen-and-paper tracking sheet that accounts for the stacking habits. Post this in a highly visible spot like your refrigerator—daily visibility drives daily compliance.
  3. The Golden Prize: The ultimate reward is the exclusive golden challenge mug. You can’t buy these; you have to earn them! You earn one by hitting 90% compliance on your tracking sheet by the end of the month.
  4. Your Next Steps: At the end of the challenge, you’ll sit down with your coach, review your tracking, and create a custom plan for your next steps. This challenge is a powerful start, not the finish line.

What results should I see by the end?

You’ll get daily tips, encouragement, and knowledge through a private Facebook group. You’ll also get support from your Anthem coaches, including Hadley as well as the other challenge participants.
