Classes

01

Strength & Conditioning (CrossFit)

Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our Strength & Conditioning program combines strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. For this 1-hour class, you will work on strength under the guidance of an experienced coach before jumping into the workout of the day (“WOD”). Every WOD is different so you never get bored! We scale each workout specifically to your fitness level, so you get the workout that is best for you.

Olympic Lifting

This class is specially designed for those that are looking to improve their skill and strength in the Olympic lifts. Time is spent developing correct positions and strength in a safe and supportive environment and is suitable for all levels.

PreSchool Class

Individuals learn proper mechanics and consistency in a safe, supportive, and structured environment. Whether your child is looking to cross-train for another sport or just starting their active journey, this program is for them! We have three class options for our Kids & Teens Fitness Program: Preschool – Kindergarten: Thursday evenings from 6-6:20pm, $50/month Elementary Class (1st-5th grade): Thursday evenings from 6:20-7pm, $60/month Teens (6th grade and up): Tuesday & Thursday evenings from 7-8pm, $120/month

Longevity

Longevity is for individuals 60+ who aren’t ready to slow down. This program is designed to improve functional fitness so that your body supports the brain-body connection as you age. Our goal is to increase functional capacity, strength, balance, flexibility, and coordination in a fun and challenging environment amongst those of a similar age. No previous exercise history is required.
