The CrossFit Open
Join us every Friday during the CF Open and put your fitness to the test. This is a great time to push yourself a little harder and who knows…you might just surprise yourself with the results! We strongly encourage you to officially sign up. We don’t get anything if you do, but it’s a great way to measure progress over the years AND this year they have extended the age groups qualifier from the top 10% to the 25%, so who knows what could happen!
