2024 Anthem Events: March – May

March 30th, 11am-12pm (Cost $20): Navigating Perimenopause/Menopause as a Female Athlete

Are you a female athlete age 30-60 and want the decades ahead to be the best yet? This seminar is for you.

Perimenopause/Menopause isn’t an ending, but can be a beginning–a way to understand who we are as women and what we need to be the strongest, most kick ass version of ourselves. We can build strength, connection, and understanding in a brand new way.

At Anthem, we are committed to supporting our athletes as they enter every phase of life. This seminar is a part of that. We are fortunate to collaborate with local experts, Tara Woodland and Lexi Noel, and we are so excited to offer their expertise to this community. Sign up here!

April 10th, 6-7pm: Athlete Assessment with ThriveHQ

We are offering a night with ThriveHQ for an athlete assessment. They normally charge $250 to do this in-clinic. We are so grateful to be able to offer this to our members free of charge. In addition to the athlete assessment, Thrive will provide a mobility plan individualized to you and your needs.

This is amazing for SO MANY reasons. Often lack of mobility, can lead to poor position, especially in the more demanding movements. Compromised positions, can lead to injury, which is why our coaches are always harping on working in full range of motion, and why we encourage you to build mobility prior to seriously loading. We know mobility work isn’t the sexy part of being an athlete, but it pays off. Your PR’s will go up, you’ll feel better, your joints will thank you, and you’ll be able to catch in the bottom of your squat in your clean & snatch. It’s a win all around!

We are only taking 16 athletes for this, so if you want to claim your spot email hadley.anthem@gmail.com It’s first come, first serve.

April 12th, 6-7pm (Free for Anthem Members; $25 for non-members): Women’s Book Club Workout

We have a growing group of Anthem athletes looking to conquer mountain biking this Summer/Fall with their first ever race. So, starting April 14th (weather permitting) we will kick off the Anthem Mountain Bike Club. We are planning to do group rides Sundays at 2pm as the weather allows. Details will be shared on Anthem’s Facebook Member page, so if you aren’t a member, join!

The Hargraves have graciously offered to share their Mountain Biking expertise on the 14th and run a little Mountain Bike mini clinic. All you need is to show up with your bike and they’ll take it from there (again location details will be shared on Anthem’s Facebook members page). Still have questions?
